History

The Farr Bay Inn was built in 1819 during the Regency Period of King George IV and still maintains the architectural characteristics of the Era...

Now a listed building, the F.B.I was formerly the home of the local minister for the Church of Saint Columba of the Parish of Farr until the church was relocated to the village centre.
It was established as an Inn in 1983.

The Farr Bay Inn was purchased by the current owner, Karan, in April 2009 and is actively run by Karan and her family.
